Jose L. Jaimes, MBA, currently serves as the North America People Relations Regional Director at Electrolux Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jose held significant positions at Dacor (a Samsung Company) as the VP of Human Resources & COO, focusing on luxury appliances operations in North America. Jose's experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Electrolux, leading HR functions in various corporate and manufacturing settings, including a Human Resources Leader position at BD BIOSCIENCES, and a Regional Director of HR at MINE SAFETY APPLIANCES. Jose began a career in HR at DIMON INTERNATIONAL as a Human Resources Director. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Campbell University and a Next Level Leader certificate from IMD, Stockholm, Sweden.
