Martin Wasielewski

Martin Wasielewski is an experienced organisational coach consultant and investor with a strong background in guiding companies through complexity and ambiguity. Since November 2018, Martin has been working with Wasse Organisation Coaching, helping organisations assess their unique challenges and opportunities. As a founding investor at Greens Ventures, Martin supports Nordic pre-seed startups led by alumni of established firms. Additionally, Martin serves as an advisor and angel investor for Teemyco, enhancing virtual workplace collaboration. Previous roles include consulting as Director of Product and Director of Engineering at Acast and Privitar, where Martin focused on developing teams, refining product management practices, and fostering innovation. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mälardalen University.
