Thijs Zoontjens

Thijs Zoontjens is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Europe at Electrolux Group since November 2019, overseeing recruitment for both commercial areas and group staff functions in Europe. Prior roles include Manager Talent Acquisition Commercial Europe and temporary assignments in the field, along with experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Lens and involvement in executive search consulting through Kennedy Executive Search & Consulting. Thijs has also held leadership positions within AIESEC in Slovenia and Austria, focusing on organizational sustainability and program implementation.
