Ruth Beltrán Poles

Ruth Beltrán Poles is a senior HR representative at EFI, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations in Spain, France, and Belgium since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a senior executive assistant at everis, managing schedules and project coordination for multiple executives, and serving as director and social worker at Centre de dia Can Clement, where overall operations and staff were supervised. Ruth's background also includes serving as an executive assistant to the general manager at La Caixa, managing agendas and travel arrangements. Ruth holds a diverse educational background, including a degree in people analytics and HR analytics from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, a master's in human resources management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a master's in welfare and family intervention from the University of Valencia, and a degree in social work from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya.
