Prior roles include Sales Manager for the Electronics Division at Litho Supplies (UK) Ltd and Regional Sales for Celtip Graphic Systems, focusing on Pre-Press equipment sales. Terry began a professional career in marketing as Marketing Manager at Linotype from 1980 to 1989. Educational background includes a degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and prior education at Cheltenham Grammar School.
