Dave Fry

Dave Fry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and technical support within the audio-visual and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Field Service Manager at Electrosonic since June 2016, Dave oversees teams of Field Service Engineers and OnSite AV Technicians, while leading initiatives such as the implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service. Previously, as Co-Founder and Director of Instructor Software Ltd, Dave developed innovative applications for driving instructors. With a strong foundation at Nortel and other organizations, Dave has consistently managed service delivery, technical support, and operational improvements, leveraging a diverse background that includes roles in project operations and order management.
