Anna Demerchian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Secretary of sales department at the Ukrainian beer company. Following that, they joined TD IRBIS JSC, where they held various roles including Sales coordinator, Specialist Branches's Department, and Secretary from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Anna worked at TEAM International as a Business Development Representative before being promoted to Head of Lead Generation - Europe. Currently, they are the Head of Sales Development - Outbound Lead Generation at Eleken since 2023.

Anna Demerchian studied Marketing at Kharkiv National University V.N Karazin until 2014. Anna has also obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft in May 2021.
