Ramin Baghaie

Ramin Baghaie serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Engineering – Software at Elekta since September 2020, overseeing the R&D of Treatment Management Solutions and Applications, including the development of several key software products. Previously, Ramin was the Chief Operating Officer at Kaiku Health, a company focused on improving quality of life through digital health solutions, and held various leadership roles at Varian Medical Systems, where significant contributions were made to their award-winning Eclipse treatment planning software. Ramin's extensive experience also includes board memberships at Helvar and Varian Medical Systems, as well as key positions at Nokia Networks and academia. Ramin holds a Doctor of Technology degree and has completed multiple executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD.
