Schultz Erika

Schultz Erika has over 13 years of experience at Elekta, currently serving as Director of Software Solutions for Order Fulfillment and Service in Europe since August 2010. In this role, Schultz is responsible for software solutions delivery, upgrades, and support, managing a team of over 30 professionals including software project managers and support specialists. Previously, Schultz held positions as REU Director Order Fulfillment and Order Fulfillment Manager for Oncology Informatics, focusing on revenue and customer satisfaction targets for software delivery. Prior to Elekta, Schultz worked as a Product Manager at MASIMO Sweden AB, handling sales of medical equipment in Northern Europe, and gained early experience with a Master Thesis at Elekta and as a part-time Travel Guide with Lion Alpin. Schultz holds a degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained in 2007.
