Da Zhao

Da Zhao is an accomplished engineer with a robust background in biomedical engineering and research. Currently serving as an Engineer 2 at Element Biosciences since November 2020, Da Zhao has previously held roles at UC Irvine, including Student Mentor, Postdoctoral Researcher, Graduate Student Researcher, and Teaching Assistant, contributing to various research projects and student education. Da Zhao's experience also includes a Biological Science Internship at GSK US, focusing on high throughput screening platforms, and research assistant positions at Central South University of Forestry and Technology and the Institute of Bast Fiber Corps. Da Zhao holds a PhD and MS in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine, as well as a BS in Biotechnology from Central South University of Forestry and Technology.
