Logan is a California CPA (inactive) with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Before joining Element as Vice President of Finance and Administration, he was with Illumina for more than ten years, where he served in a variety of FP&A and accounting roles, most recently as Senior Director, Finance, focused on commercial and marketing activities. During this time, Logan helped support the launch of new products, integration of various acquisitions, and spin-out of various companies.
Prior to Illumina, Logan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked with a variety of companies in the software, semiconductor and defense industries.
Logan graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Economics.
