Christopher L. has a strong background in the financial industry, starting their career at Goldman Sachs in 1999 as an Executive Director. Christopher later worked at Banc of America Securities as a Principal before joining Deutsche Bank as a Director. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Executive Director at Nomura Securities International. In 2015, Christopher co-founded HonTe Advisors LLC, where they served as the CEO until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development at Element Capital Management.
Christopher L. has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Christopher also has a background in finance with a focus on Japanese studies and economics, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Bucknell University. In addition to their academic achievements, Christopher has obtained several certifications including Emergency Medical Technician from NY State in 2013, Firefighter I from the California State Fire Marshall in 2012, Series 24 from Finra in October 2011, and Series 3, 63, and 7 from NFA and Finra in 2000.
