- Head of Execution Research and Technology, AHL at Man AHL from November 2010 to September 2014. Responsibilities included FX & Futures execution algorithm research, development, and deployment as well as overseeing all electronic execution mechanisms.
- Head of Calculation Services at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2010 to November 2010.
- Vice President - Credit Derivatives at Dresdner Kleinwort from February 2007 to January 2010.
- Head of Core Technology Team at Northgate Information Solutions from September 1999 to January 2007.
Richard Strutt studied at the University of Bristol from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Physics M.Sci with a focus on Theoretical Physics.
