Jonny Rhea is currently a Co-Founder and CTO at DELV (formerly Element Finance). Prior to this, Jonny worked as a Lead Protocol Engineer at ConsenSys, focusing on PegaSys R&D for Ethereum 2.0. Before ConsenSys, Jonny served as a Lead Data Scientist at USAA, where they played a significant role in developing blockchain solutions, machine learning models, and simulations. With a background in engineering and software development at Bell Helicopter, Jonny has extensive experience in control law development, simulation engineering, and software consultancy across various industries. Jonny holds a M.S. in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
