Prior to this role, Manfred operated as a self-employed consultant in intralogistics from August 2019 to June 2020, leveraging over 32 years of senior management experience. Manfred held leadership positions at Wegener + Stapel Fördertechnik GmbH as Managing Partner, Kardex Remstar as Regional Director for Central Europe, and Kardex Deutschland GmbH as Sales Director for the D/A/CH region. Experience also includes Vice President Sales and Marketing at SSI Schäfer, Managing Partner at Luy and Partner, and various roles at Preussag Noell GmbH and Gischarowski GmbH. Manfred holds a Bachelor's degree in Machinery and Production from Wilhelm-Maybach-Schule Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt.
