Kristen Kearns has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Kristen began their career in 1999 as an Assistant Casting Director at Boston Casting Inc. From there, they worked as a Coordinator and later as a Production Manager at ELEMENT. During their time at ELEMENT, they oversaw all commercial production and post-production operations. In 2007, Kristen worked as a Freelance Producer at various companies, including Digitas and MMB. In 2008, they were a Freelance Casting Director for the feature film "The Proposal." Kristen then joined Citylife.tv as an Operations Manager before joining Element Productions in 2009 as the Head of Production and Post Production. Kristen was later promoted to the role of COO / Executive Producer at Element Productions in 2011.
Kristen Kearns attended Emerson College from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in TV/Video Production. Additionally, in 1998, they participated in a Semester at Sea program, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this experience.
