Ishak Ghaly is an experienced professional in the real estate industry with a strong background in training and development. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Element Real Estate, Ghaly previously held the position of Head of Training and Development at Remax Readvisor. As the Founder of The Realtors Consultancy, Ghaly has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills, while also serving as the Chief Executive Officer at AlSumow Urban Development and Head of Commercial Development at RECAP Real Estate Capital. Ghaly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the Faculty of Arts, completed between 1999 and 2004, specializing in the Classics Department.
