Marycruz Zelaya has a diverse work experience beginning in 2015. Marycruz started as a Co-Op at both Toyota Technical Center and Toyota Technical Center - Gardena. In 2016, they were an Intern at Tesla Motors. In 2017, they were an Engineering Intern at Futuris Automotive and a Teaching Associate at San Jose State University. Marycruz also held various roles at Adient, such as Project Coordinator, Quality Engineer, and Process Engineer. Currently, Marycruz is a Manufacturing Engineer at Element Science, Inc.
Marycruz Zelaya completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2016. Marycruz then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University, which they completed in 2020.

Our approach is founded on combining user-centric design, a rigorous approach to medical device development, and the integration and application of data science and machine learning. Our focus is on developing solutions that address leading causes of death and hospitalization due to heart disease.
