James McNamara has extensive experience in engineering and process improvement, currently serving as NPI & Technical Development Manager at Element Six since 2011. Previous roles at Element Six include Process Improvement & NPI Manager and Principal Engineer overseeing Process Improvement and Best Practice teams. Prior to Element Six, James worked as a Project Engineer at Boston Scientific and held various engineering management positions at TE Connectivity from 1997 to 2009. James began the career as a Process Engineer at Munekata from 1993 to 1997. Educational qualifications include an MSc and BSc in Polymer Science from Technological University of the Shannon, along with several certifications, including a 6 Sigma Black Belt.
