Claudia Iweorah serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Element Solutions Inc since August 2021, overseeing global functions in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS. Prior to this, Claudia held senior roles at allnex, including Regional HR Director for the Americas, where responsibilities encompassed payroll, benefits operations, and global HR business partnership. Claudia's extensive experience in human resources began at Diehl Group - The Miller Company, where positions ranged from Human Resources Trainee to Vice President & CFO, integrating financial strategies with HR management. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Adult Education and a Master of Business in Technology and Innovation Management from RWTH Aachen University.
