Chris Latour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at Element5 Co. since October 2019. Previously, Chris held key roles including Engineering Manager at Armo-Tool and Director of Engineering & Operations Excellence at The Original Cakerie. As the owner of Olibriel Group, Chris provided solutions through project management and engineering design, while also serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at JMP Engineering, where focus was on delivering flexible automation systems and enhancing client relations. Chris's career began at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, where roles included Project Manager and Programmer in controls system design. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
