Monica Genest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. Currently, Monica holds the position of Production Scheduling Manager at Element5, where responsibilities include maintaining lean inventory levels and collaborating with stakeholders to meet product flow requirements. Previous roles at StarTech.com and Salford Group involved specialization in category management and procurement. Monica’s foundational experiences at Canadian Solar Solutions, Ontario Ministry of Transportation, and various co-op positions provided valuable exposure to project management, environmental planning, and customer care. Monica holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a focus on Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2016.
