Scott Falcone is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional with a substantial background in managing complex operations across various companies. Currently serving as Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at Element5 since June 2020, Scott leads the implementation of supply chain strategies and ERP systems while overseeing inbound supply, customer load scheduling, and supplier relationships. Previous roles include Operations Manager at HCL Logistics Inc, Logistics Director at Brose Group, and Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at COM DEV, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, inventory accuracy, and material flow optimization. Scott holds a Mini MBA in Essentials of Management and a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from the Schulich School of Business, and has completed several leadership and organizational development programs.
