Stephen Balamut is a Senior Project Manager at Element5 since April 2020, overseeing the completion of 48 projects in residential, low-rise, mixed-use, and commercial sectors, with 7 projects currently ongoing. Previously, Stephen served as an Intermediate Designer and Estimator, managing over 200 projects valued at over $200 million and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as a Design EIT at MGM Consulting Inc., where sanitation and stormwater systems were designed, and as an International Relief Worker with YWAM, focused on education and family counseling in Papua New Guinea. Additional experience includes project coordination at Edison Engineers and ownership of Clean Cut Services, contributing to landscaping and construction. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, earned between 2013 and 2018.
