Thalia Kotsovos, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Element5 since April 2022, having previously held the position of Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Thalia worked at Leavens Automotive Group as a Human Resources Generalist from September 2020 to March 2022, and at WFS Ltd. in the role of HR / EHS Coordinator from February 2020 to September 2020. Thalia also possesses extensive experience in the dance industry, having been a Competitive Dance Teacher and Choreographer at Dance Steps from September 2010 to March 2020, as well as a Human Resources Coordinator at Wroute Inc. from June 2018 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an Human Resources Administrative Assistant for the City of London, Canada, from April 2016 to January 2017. Thalia holds a specialization in Sociology from Western University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University.
