Joe is the CEO and co-founder of Element5. An entrepreneur at heart with a love for technology, Joe has spent the last 15 years bringing to market innovation for post-acute healthcare markets.
From 2007 to 2017 Joe led DeVero, a healthcare SaaS EHR, from start-up to acquisition driving product strategy and business execution. Under his leadership DeVero gained recognition from Inc. 5000 as one of the nation’s fastest-growing privately held companies in 2016 and 2017. In 2017, DeVero achieved a ranking of #26 on Silicon Valley Business Journal’s annual list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the Silicon Valley (Fast 50). In 2017, Joe led the DeVero acquisition to Netsmart, a leader in Post-acute and Behavioral Health technology.
Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Loyola Chicago University and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
