Daniel Katz has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel is currently employed at Elemental Machines as an Embedded Engineer. Prior to this role, they worked at Lockheed Martin as an Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer for over two years, where they were involved in high-speed firmware development using VHDL, Verilog, and Qsys, as well as embedded software development in C/C++, Python, Tcl, and bash. Before Lockheed Martin, Daniel worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as an Embedded System Engineer. Daniel also has experience as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems, a Firmware Engineer at BAE Systems, and a Firmware Intern at BAE Systems. Additionally, Daniel has held positions at BTV6- Binghamton University Television, Florida Panthers, Glenn G. Bartle Library, and Core Element Ventures LLC, where they gained experience in IT, engineering, and research roles.
Daniel Katz completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University in 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university and completed it in 2017.
