Samppa Kutvonen has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Samppa began their career as an Operator at Stora Enso Oyj in 2004 and later served as a Shift Supervisor at the same company in 2005. Samppa then worked as a Research Assistant at Stora Enso Sachsen GmbH in Germany in 2006. Samppa continued their education by working as a Master's Thesis worker at Rhein Papier GmbH in Germany from 2007 to 2009. Samppa went on to work as a Process Engineer and later as a Process Engineer R&D at Rhein Papier GmbH until 2011. Samppa then joined UPM-Kymmene as a Process Engineer Technology from 2011 to 2012. Samppa further expanded their expertise by becoming a Customer Application Manager at Stora Enso from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Samppa joined Glatfelter as a Process/Project Manager for a year. Samppa then worked at Mondo Minerals, where their role transitioned from Technical Sales Manager for Paper from 2016 to 2017 to Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Paper from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Paper at Elementis Global since November 2018.
Samppa Kutvonen completed their Master of Science degree in Paper Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they studied from 2000 to 2009.
