Claire Oas has a diverse background in customer service and office administration. Currently serving in the Cheese and Charcuterie department at Elephants Delicatessen since May 2016, Claire manages both front and back of house operations while overseeing team productivity and department projects. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive Office Intern and Office Specialist at Multnomah County Drainage District from 2013 to 2015, a Field Manager at The Fund for the Public Interest, and various positions in campaign coordination and retail. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a focus on International Relations from The University of Oregon and a Diplome de Langue et de Civilisation Francaises from Université catholique de l'Ouest.
