Mark Franz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. As the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Elevate Dialogue since March 2024, Mark focuses on fostering growth and connection through engaging conversations. Prior to this role, Mark served as Vice President of Production at Vela Games from May 2019 to October 2023, where leadership in multiplayer game development was a key responsibility. Mark's career also includes significant roles at Riot Games, where contributions as Sr. Development Director and Director of Development spanned over a decade, as well as development leadership at Perpetual Entertainment and Electronic Arts. Mark began the professional journey at Origin Systems as Design Manager after earning a degree in Theatre and Writing from Louisiana State University.
