Tiffany Cross

Tiffany Cross is the Director of People & Culture at Elevate K-12, a role undertaken since February 2023, where leadership is provided in Employee Success Initiatives, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. Previously, Tiffany served as Associate Director and Head of People at Heyday from April 2021 to February 2023, building and leading the People function for the digital CPG company. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager in People Operations and Senior Program Manager for HR at Nordstrom, contributing to the merger of Trunk Club and Nordstrom. At Trunk Club, Tiffany held multiple positions from Human Resources Operations Manager to Human Resources Generalist between August 2012 and May 2020. Tiffany also interned as a Development Intern at Voices for Illinois Children in 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and International Relations from Grand Valley State University and an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Robert Morris University in Chicago.
