Janderlyn White, M.S. Ed, currently serves as the Teacher Mentor-Education Lead at ELEVATE Tampa Bay, implementing educational programs in partner schools for students from Elementary through High School since May 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Certified Title 1 Intervention Specialist at Catapult Learning, where Janderlyn provided small-group interventions to close achievement gaps in math and reading. As an Elementary Educator at Mt. Zion Christian Academy, educational support resulted in significant academic improvements for students. Janderlyn began a teaching career in music education with Pinellas County Schools, later transitioning to various grade levels and special education. Additionally, Janderlyn held positions at Centene Corporation, including Project Program Coordinator, where team efficiency was substantially improved, and Member Services Representative, consistently achieving high metrics scores. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Music Voice and Education from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Education from Capella University.
