Sophia Kotsalidis

Sophia Kotsalidis is an experienced professional in process engineering, currently serving as the Associate Director of Process Engineering at ElevateBio. Previously, Sophia held roles at AbbVie, where responsibilities included Senior Production Supervisor and Engineer in Production. Early in Sophia's career, positions included Senior Process Engineer and Principal Process Engineer in MSAT, as well as a Process Development Associate II at MassBiologics. Sophia is also a graduate of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., a mentoring and education organization. Sophia earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University between 2004 and 2009.
