Sohail Karol

Sohail Karol has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Associate Director, People - US at Elevate since July 2015. Sohail's career at Elevate includes roles such as Senior Manager and Associate Director in People Operations, Manager in People Operations, Assistant Manager in HR, and Global HR Operations Specialist. Prior to Elevate, Sohail worked at Integreon from July 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included Workflow Coordinator and Trainer, coordinating with overseas clients and addressing quality issues, as well as roles as a Senior Graphic Designer and Junior Graphic Designer. Sohail holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from the Royal College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
