Pooja Tripathi

Pooja Tripathi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and marketing, currently serving in a Customer Success role at ElevenLabs since February 2025. Prior experience includes founding the Customer Success team at Resemble AI and leading the Customer Success team at mParticle. Pooja has demonstrated expertise in optimizing marketing strategies at Allstate, where roles spanned from a Marketing Coordinator to a Marketing Manager, and at Invoca as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where award-winning AI speech analytics were implemented. Additionally, Pooja managed editorial production at Fitzhenry & Whiteside, significantly reducing costs and improving efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Management Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan, and a BA in English Language and Literature from York University.
