Caroline Jankowska MCIPD has extensive work experience in human resources. Caroline currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ELEXON. Prior to this, they worked at Bristol Water plc as an HR Business Partner, where they also took on the role of People Workstream Lead - Network Management Supply Chain and worked as an Interim HR Consultant. Caroline previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd and RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. At Friends Life UK, they held the position of ER Case Consultant Team Leader. Caroline also gained experience at AXA, where they served as an ER Case Consultant Team Leader and an Interim HR Business Partner. Caroline began their career at Lloyds Bank, where they worked as an HR Business Partner, Assistant HR Business Partner, and Graduate Management Trainee.
Caroline Jankowska MCIPD attended the University of Warwick from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology. Caroline went on to study at Nottingham Trent University from 2000 to 2002 and obtained a Chartered MCIPD qualification.

Elexon compares contracts to buy and sell electricity in the wholesale market with actual volumes. We work out a price for the differences and transfer funds accordingly.
