Alicia E. has extensive work experience in the banking industry, starting in 1996 as a Sales Manager, Pricing Coordinator, and Operations Manager at Circuit City. In this role, they managed a team of up to 100 staff members, handled pricing and inventory issues for multiple locations, and oversaw banking and shipping operations. Alicia then worked as a Branch Manager at Citifinancial from 2003 to 2008. Alicia later joined Citizens Bank as a Personal Banker from 2009 to 2012 before becoming a Financial Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Alicia's career in banking continued with roles at Northwestern Bank, Chemical Bank, Huntington National Bank, Kellogg Community Credit Union, and ELGA Credit Union, where they currently serve as the Director of Commercial Services.
Alicia E. has pursued education in various fields throughout their academic journey. Alicia attended the University of Michigan-Flint, where they studied Clinical Psychology. Additionally, they enrolled at Saginaw Valley State University, focusing on Political Science and Government. Furthermore, Alicia E. obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
In addition to their formal education, Alicia E. has also acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Alicia completed a Data Analytics: Graph Analytics course at LinkedIn in April 2022. Alicia also completed a Sales Enablement course, a Strategic Planning Foundations course, and The Five Conversations That Deliver Accountability and Performance course, all at LinkedIn, in March 2022. Prior to that, in June 2002, Alicia E. obtained Real Estate Licenses from the State of Michigan.

We are a not-for-profit cooperative; formed, owned and operated for a single purpose: members helping members. We have a proud tradition of service to our members since 1951. ELGA Credit Union had a humble beginning, helping Consumers Energy employees that were paid below the average of other industrial workers in the 1940’s and 50’s. ELGA got its name from a contest held in 1959 to rename the credit union, replacing the previous name, Flint Division Consumers Power Company Federal Credit Union. The name incorporates the first two letters of Electrical and Gas. ELGA Credit Union has 11 branches in Genesee, Lapeer, and Saginaw counties, as well as robust online banking for computers, smart phones and tablets. We have over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs available to you at our branches, inside Flint's Hurley and McLaren hospitals, and through the Money Pass or CO-OP Networks.
