Alessandra Arbex

Alessandra Arbex is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across leading companies in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Eli Lilly and Company since May 2025, Alessandra previously held multiple director-level positions at Pfizer, focusing on global people experience and talent management from June 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes senior human resources management roles at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities spanned corporate functions and product lines, and earlier HR generalist roles at BorgWarner Inc. and Ford Motor Company. Alessandra holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, both from Eastern Michigan University.
