Cecelia Shallal

Cecelia Shallal is a Senior Process Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Cecelia served as a Production Supervisor at Conagra Brands from June 2023 to July 2025, where engagement in the Supply Chain Development Program included two rotations, first as a Process Engineer and then as a Production Supervisor. Additionally, Cecelia has held various positions in childcare and the food service industry. Cecelia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, following a high school diploma from Walled Lake Northern High School.
