Erika G.

Erika G. has extensive experience in human resources, focusing on learning and development, with a tenure at Eli Lilly and Company from January 2015 to March 2024, where Erika held positions from Vice President to Director of Global Learning & Development. Prior experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty in Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University Bloomington from May 2009 to June 2019, and roles at Oxford Automotive from January 1996 to January 2004, including Quality Manager and Operations Manager. Earlier in Erika's career, training coordination was undertaken at ORR Safety from January 1993 to January 1994.
