Jamie Preston

Jamie Preston is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at Eli Lilly and Company from January 2020 to October 2024, serving as Vice President HR Global Compensation, Associate Vice President HR for Australia/New Zealand and the NAPAC Region, and Sr. Director HR for the Oncology Business Unit and Marketing. Prior to this, Jamie developed cross-cultural communication skills as an English Teacher in Japan during May to August 2003. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's Degree (3.75 GPA) and a Master's Degree (4.0 GPA) in Health Service Administration from the University of Evansville, where involvement in the swimming team, Delta Sigma Pi, and service as a Resident Assistant highlighted strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
