Matt McAuliffe

Matt McAuliffe is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in information technology and data management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Information Technology at Eli Lilly and Company since January 2025, Matt is involved in supporting the integration of Morphic Therapeutic with Eli Lilly, focusing on data migration and cloud integration. Previously, Matt held various roles at Morphic Therapeutic, including Associate Director of IT, where responsibilities encompassed managing help-desk operations and cloud infrastructure. Additionally, Matt served as the Director of Business Intelligence and Integration at Salem State University, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget and leading a team to provide data analytics for informed decision-making. Educational qualifications include a Data Science Certificate from Harvard Extension School and a BS in Finance from Tulane University.
