Jack Azout is Managing Partner at Elion Partners, and a voting member of the firm’s Investment and Asset Management Committees. Jack has played a strategic role in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 2010, transacting on approximately $2 billion in gross real estate assets.
Prior to Elion, Jack served as President and Co-Founder of Premier Commercial Realty, an investment firm and developer of industrial real estate properties, formed in 1995. The Premier Portfolio later sold to Duke Realty. Prior to co-founding Premier Commercial Realty, Jack invested privately in multi-sector U.S. commercial real estate for more than 10 years, where he leveraged the fundamental approach of assessing the value of real estate assets.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Florida.
