Jessica Montoya

Jessica Montoya, LMHC, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Eliot Community Human Services since September 2017. In this role, Montoya oversees clinical operations for Department of Children and Families and Department of Youth Services contracted programs, providing supervision to clinical staff and implementing trauma-informed methodologies. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Consultant and previously holding positions such as Clinical Director at New Bedford Latency STARR and Mental Health Clinician in various settings, including private practice and schools. Montoya has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Suffolk University. Expertise encompasses individual and family therapy, crisis management, and program development focused on diverse youth needs.
