Leah Jackson Kean

Leah Jackson Kean, LICSW, serves as the Director of Mental Health Services and Director of Health Home/OneCare at Eliot Community Human Services since July 2010, focusing on operational oversight, quality compliance, and performance improvement in mental health services. Notably, Leah achieved a 10% reduction in hospital readmissions and a 20% decrease in behavioral health hospitalization rates in 2023.
