Laure de la Fage

Laure de La Fage currently serves as the Group HR Development Officer at ELIS, where responsibilities include the design and management of Group-wide HR projects focused on career management, talent cycles, and diversity and inclusion, among others. Previously, Laure worked at Carrefour Belgium as an HR Talent Project Officer, enhancing talent management processes and overseeing the Young Graduates Program. Experience also includes roles at Framatome, where involvement in HR development processes occurred, and recruitment positions at Powo, ADNEOM, and Altran, providing expertise in talent sourcing, candidate qualification, and employer branding. Laure holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School and an MBA specialized in Human Resource Development from MBway. Additional educational experiences took place at Corvinus University of Budapest and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
