Thierry Bouzigon

Thierry Bouzigon has extensive experience in the field of operations management, recruitment, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily at ELIS since October 1996, where current roles include M&A Integration Manager and Transition Manager, as well as Director of Recruitment and Employer Branding. Previous positions at ELIS encompass managing industrial operations, such as the Bry-sur-Marne factory, overseeing production performance and customer relations for various sectors. Additionally, Thierry has led transition management efforts at Blanchatel and managed significant P&L responsibilities across multiple factory units. Prior to 1996, Thierry served as a QSE Engineer at ELIS, focusing on resource optimization and process improvements across European operations. Thierry Bouzigon holds an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
