Antti-Pekka Manninen

Antti-Pekka Manninen currently serves as the Head of Privacy at Elisa since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Security Management Consultant at WithSecure, Senior Officer at the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, and Compliance Manager at Elisa, where responsibilities encompassed legal issues in security compliance, data protection, and cyber security. Antti-Pekka has also held positions at KPMG Finland as a Data Privacy and Cyber Security Specialist, and contributed to research at the University of Turku focusing on legislative practices. Early career experiences include traineeships at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Secretariat of the Security Committee, along with internships at the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence and the District Court of Umeå. Antti-Pekka holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Cyber Security from the University of Jyväskylä and law and political science degrees from the University of Turku.
