Jukka Heikkilä is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Specialist at Elisa since August 2023, Jukka previously held the position of Development Manager at Suomen Erillisverkot -konserni from May 2021 to June 2023. Prior roles include System Specialist at DNA Oyj from April 2013 to May 2021, managing Circuit Switched Core operations, and Network Planner at Instam Ltd, focusing on copper and fiber network designs. Jukka has also gained valuable experience during multiple internships at TeliaSonera, where responsibilities included maintenance and management of GSM and WCDMA radio networks. Jukka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
