Marjaana Rapala

Marjaana Rapala is a Junior Copywriter at Elisa, responsible for enhancing customer journey communication and sales materials while crafting value propositions. Previous experience includes internships at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Defence of Finland, where tasks involved content creation for social media, photography, videography, and press release writing. Early career roles include a Customer Experience Specialist at Telia, a Student Ambassador at the University of Turku, and customer care positions at Stockmann and Intersport Finland. Marjaana is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Media Studies and Business Communications at the University of Turku, building on a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Political Science from the same institution.
